The oqLiq menswear collection from Taiwan made its groundbreaking debut this year on the NYFW runway. Inspired by technical design and usage of new tech materials, oqLiq showcased their outerwear with the use of cool colors such as navy, olive, charcoal, and taupe. The designers did a great job in drawing our attention by highlighting key details such as curved zippers and hidden buttons for convertibility. There were noticeably several distinctive details in patchwork and non-traditional arrangement of oversized pockets seen on coats, pants and vests. One truly cannot go wrong in any weather condition nor scene in these designs, as they are rugged enough to take a hike and edgy enough to turn heads down 5th Avenue.
