I attended the Jiri Kalfar Fall/Winter ‘19 show during NYFW. As a Buyer my first thought was this is a buyer’s dream collection that I affectionately refer to as Pedestrian Goddess. The Chez based designer effortlessly found the balance of inclusion for all women regardless of age.
The collection was everything that I didn’t realize that I needed in my closet. From the free flowing silhouettes, vibrant colors, and delicate designs I was on the edge of my seat. Kalfar’s ability to mix patterns without looking like a costume for the everyday woman was delightful. Instead he gave wearable fashion realness that customers will flock to. It’s a YASS for Jiri Kalfar.
