NEW YORK FASHION WEEK FW21 – CHAANCE

When one door closes another opens. A phrase transformed into a visual presentation by CHAANCE, for the brand’s New York Fashion Week debut. This season’s F/W2021 the live streamed fashion shows produced by official organizers IMG, introduced CHAANCE to the world. The high end South Korean street wear label consists of both menswear and womenswear.  Known for switching up common fits and different patchworks, Jihoon Andy Shin and Taisuke Fujimoto are the masterminds behind the line. The show directors were Carlos Serrao and Monica May. Models walked onto the screen in streetwear, looking cool enough to be featured on every street style blog. Other models sat playing chess in oversized overalls as the camera panned from one level to the next displaying the collection.

Most looks were all black ensembles with bursts of army green and burnt orange. With athleisure attire being the new everyday go to look, the brand fits right in.  Their unique presentation captivated the often fickle attention span of online audiences by combining creativity and ingenuity with wearable art.
