Encompassing all things elegant, with just the right dash of over the top, is luxury lifestyle brand Dur Doux. The mother-daughter womenswear brand based in DC presented FW21 titled “Eclairage Illumination.” Known for grand silhouettes, this collection included a fresh take by incorporating more inclusivity with ready to wear garments.
Engraved in my memory are the bright yellows and prints. The draping floral train sweeping the marble staircase of the regal Perry Belmont House was unforgettable. The arts mansion described as a world class elegantly designed venue was perfect for what was presented. For the self-assured woman who loves to stand out, and the woman who needs a reminder of her inner goddess through her attire. Dressed in Dur Doux confidence is summoned.
